个人简介:

本科毕业于安徽农业大学(生物技术),硕士毕业于太阳成集团(遗传学),博士毕业于北京师范大学(细胞生物学),随后于美国南加州大学接受博士后训练。2018 年入职suncitygroup太阳集团。


研究方向突触结构与功能,及其与疾病的关联

神经元之间通过突触相互联结来传递信息。解析突触蛋白在突触中的组织架构、以及在神经活动过程中的动态特性,是解密大脑奥秘的一个关键环节。神经活动调节突触局部蛋白质合成、组装,诱导突触蛋白修饰,从而调控突触功能并使神经回路对外界刺激产生动态响应。我们主要运用遗传学,生物化学与分子生物学,细胞生物学和电子显微镜等方法与手段,通过对突触内蛋白质的修饰调控,蛋白质机器的组装,以及突触结构与功能的研究,揭示神经活动对突触发育和可塑性的调控机理,为神经可塑性相关疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据。
